Ana Hauss
Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Expert
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2003.
At the beginning of her career, she held various positions in the retail and FMCG industries.
In 2009, she began a successful career in the Recruiting business, working for Korn Ferry International for 10 years. Also in 2019, she was invited to collaborate as Head of Sourcing for Uber LATAM and afterwards promoted to oversee the US and Canada markets until March 2023.
That same year, Ana Hauss started Hauss Consulting Group LLC.
Golf, CrossFit, and healthy lifestyle enthusiast. Ana enjoys family weekends with his husband and son, Nicolas.
